Cleaning Aluminum Oxidation

I've got an 03 700 EFI engine and there is oxidation on the engine. Anyone know how to remove it? I plan on freshening up the pistons before next season so I will have the top end removed. I've tried to scrub it off the exhaust valves but it doesn't come off.

What do you guys use?

I posted on almost the same thing jump over, I am going to do it over the weekend got a can of degrease And eagle one acid etching cleaner. Gus with the Acid you spray it on last and wait tens seconds then wash off. Hope this helps.
