no buddy you gotta take the cluth off to do this. so order up a clutch puller if you don't have one. and you will have to buy the center distance tool found in hi performance engineering i believe the offer two different models

No need to get a tool JUST to get the center to center distance, a tape measure will do the same.

Take primary off, measure from the center of the bolt hole on the crank to the center of the jack shaft that the secondary clutch rides on. You can get an off set tool to set the secondary with the proper amount of shims behind it. Not a big project at all.

Yes, if it uses an 020 or 010 belt then it is the same.
