It’s should be listed with footrest in parts. They are not hard to replace just some digit drilling and/or grinding and new riveting

You won’t find structure parts like that in Dennis Kirk you need to source them right through Polaris if they are still availible new. If not used will be they way to go. eBay or sled salvage places. :bc2:

I wouldn’t do it. Before I did. That I would take it out straighten it all up cut that piece out and weld a new bar In there. tapped or drilled appropriately. My best advice is fine a used one or structurally repair the one you have. I can never advise anybody to “rig” any part of the sled that may effect thier control of it. I never cheat on front end /steering / etc. - try a sled salvage yard. Like HUdons In barneveld ny. There are lots of others also. Do you know anybody or a dealer etc that has the same type of chassis laying out in the weeds for a different reason ? 315 896-4357. HUdons sled salvage. Another one is ASS. Adirondack sled salvage. Lyons falls ny. I think

That piece looks too far gone to try a heli-coil....might have be salvageable at one point if helen keller didn't take a drill to it.

What year sled is this? first of all did you get it fixed? dont put jb weld on it you will not be able to weld it afterward. dont use grade 8 bolts on sleds they are to hard, and hard to remove/drill. this is the part that is attached to the tunnel? the trailing arm bolts to it? if so this is a through bolt? yes/no. steel? some are alum.
