Mine did too about a month ago. But my dealer warrentied it no problem.

Could be from the flexing it takes going down the trail. Talking to an old Cat mechanic who was saying about 10-15% of your front suspension is the handle. As ski encounters bumps on the trail the handle allows the ski to flex and absorb some of the energy of the bumps. Combine this with a weak handle(defect) and it might snap I guess :huh:

dealer didnt warrenty mine :huh: :angry: I don't like big dealers... they are to busy...always on hold.... parts take forever.... Im going with a smaller dealership next time... the tech help there is awesome though....another $20.00 bucks into the machine...
