Well, this crappy weather has been getting my down. I haven't got to ride my new F7 yet! My wife knew I have been bummin cause of the weather, so she got me some cool birthday presents to cheer me up! She ended up getting me the Arctic Cat windshield bag! I was so surprised and pround of her! She actually does listen to me when I talk sleds! I always thought she just ignored me. She also told my father and mother in law that I wanted a new helmet to match my sled. They ended up getting me the green and yellow Firecat helmet to match my sled! I was so happy! That just picked up my spirits and I once again have faith for this winter!!!! My Wife Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nick - Is there enough room in that windshield bag for the crying towel? I've just been laying mine over the bars for now.

Snow Please?
nick,

i ordered a set, but not alot of room behind the sheild
can you post a picture?
Glad to hear it Nick, sounds like you got a keeper also! My wife just bought me the new Tekvest Trail pro,was kinda suprised, but she wants me home safely everynight.Snow permitting, are you still coming up? Hopefully the trails are rideable after this weekends snow in the UP.I see the forecast has changed a little but still looks promising! keep in touch
wonder what johndee will change today everyday it gets worst!
i wish he would update earlier in the day
I haven't yet installed it, but I can tell you how it installs.

The bag uses the windshield screws as mounting locations. So, remove the windshiled and re-install with the bag mounts through the 4 screw locations. There is also some velcrow to give some added stability. Doen't look like it would take more than 30 minutes to install.

Hope that helps!

John is heading back south to Chicago for his annual family visit. He won't be adding any updates, but maybe a journal entry of him and his dogs! I know exactly what you mean, his forcast looked promising at first and slowly disapated! Hoepfully it will shift back to the promising side, but he won't be posting until next week. Lets all just hope there is some rideable conditions next weekend!!!
NICK, you can reach me @ [email protected] whats yours and we'll get in contact with eachother when you arrive. thanks, Jason
Nick I hear you.

My wife bought me my F7 as a early Christmas / Birthday Present.

Nothing like good women who understand their husbands have serious snowmoblie issues.

Bags are an OK size. Figure what you can put between windshield and bars. Add a little to that. There are bigger that I thought from others pics. Plenty of room for wallet, keys, maps, paperwork, etc. I am pretty excited to install them.
:) Thats a great gift. Was the bag stuffed with hundred dollar bills ?
A picture of the WS bag installed. Plenty of room for all.

Birthday? present? Caring Wife? what's that ? :p
My birthday was last week. Luckily my wife rides too and understands what I want. I got running board grip plates, headlight covers, and a handlebar pad. And when I blew out the candles she jokingly said I probably wished for snow: and she was right! And now we're getting it.
