Apparently polaris is upgrading our 05 fusion belts acording to my dealer. The first one is free after that they are $145.00 :augen41: Has anyone else heard this?

well if it dont last ill go back to the old belt they lasted just fine on mine. but maybe the new belt is good. suppose if they give u $ 150 or 3 $60 belts.

So why didn't they put the new belt on the 06? Do they have the problem fixed for sure on the 06 that they don't need it?

who knows? the only thing diff is the engine mounts and better belt pull angle. clutching still the same.

Looks like they changed the secondary spring and helix angle this year.

i se that now. what is the diff in the red/black verses the black. my kit is running erlandson orange that is the same poundage as the red/ black

I've never seen a solid black spring. I think it should be black and another color. Anyway the red/black is 140/240.

The 05s came with a Black with Red 155-222. I ran a Red with Blue 140-200 all
last year. Had no problems what so ever.
