I had 4 ohlins on my 95 xcr plus my oval xcr 440 sled used them. They were difficult to get valving components for them. Jeff at aaen sent me everything he had in stock to help, but i was finally able to get my bike tuner involved where he did did some magic with them. They were unreal compared to fox at the time. I never had to rebuild them again once they were dialed in.
I used to sit and talk sleds with Jeff DeLouis(sp) and Olav for hours on end, Aaen Performance was close to where I lived at the time, Jeff called me many times and asked about what clutching was working on our Nitrous sleds, My daughter Lori raced some Aaen sleds for Jeff a few times in S.E. Wisconsin. Jeff moved to Virginia Mn. many years ago now.

Polaris even tried some weird stuff when we rebuilt clutch's back in the early 90's using small rubber o rings in their clutch. They even use a center bolt mounting o ring to curb the harmonic vibrations.
Yup, one side of each button also had an O-ring. Still have some here.
