Did they still have stuff set up for last year? They called and told me it was cancelled and sent the hat and my money back. I live about 7 hrs from the factory and I wasn't going to drive down there for nothing. What did they have?
I'll be there, staying at the Seven Clans Casino. OBTW, if you call the casino for a room be sure to mention the single word "Arctic", you'll get a better rate than the published word "Snow" that was listed in the PRIDE magazine article. The casino is brand new and huge, by far the best place to stay in TRF. Huge water park for the kids too.
I'm thinking of doing the 200 mile run, anyone else up for it?

Fri - Reception - bullshitting and booze!
Sat - Ride 50, 100, or 200 mile rides with all groups meeting for a trailside lunch. Mentions test rides on sleds and ATV's, hmmm! After ride there is a banquet, lots of prizes and "raffle for the just unveiled Arctic Cat snowmobile"
Sun - pancake breakie

If you don't have the form call Kathy Johnson a7 (218)681-8558 ext 5504 or email her at [email protected] and she will set you up.
Talked to one of the parts ladies at cat and she told me that since every thing was canciled last year & did they no showings to consumers they felt sorry for a father & son that didnt know it was canciled & showed up .They put them in a motel & paid the bill for a couple days. They had come all the way from California.Nice of cat to help out.
im going ...i have to email that lady to figure out what time it all starts...and see what trip to do..wonder whta the 200 mile trip would be like.,..i may just do 100 mile so i can screw around that way along the way and then catch up haha
Attended 2 years ago. Lots of fun. Signed up for 100 mile ride. One of first groups to leave, last group to get back. Group got seperated. Had 2 reps from Suzuki ride with our group, never been on a snowmobile before. Was right behind them in the group. The one guy must of got stuck or tipped the sled about a half a dozen times in the first couple of miles. They had lots of fun and were easy to talk to. Everyone was real friendly. Going again this year, weather permitting. See ya there. THINK SNOW!!!!!!!
I would love to attend, but its just too far I think. I live in Buffalo,NY. If I were to go, I'd have to bring my sleds, and that's just too far. I'd fly out there, but it just wouldn't be the same without my own sleds!
If anyone knows someone who would be willing to transport 2 sleds from Buffalo,NY to TRF and back for a reasonable cost, please let me know. Then I could fly out and back and still use my own sleds.
