If you checked your APV cables on your sled, please post if your they were set too long or too short from the factory and if you have an F5 or F7.

Thanks.

Had one of mine come off, and thats when I checked them. One of the cables was where it was supposed to be , about 1.5 inches . The other was at about 1.2 inches. Adjusted the one cable up, and put a washer behind the servo spool. Noticed the rubber boot you slide down to adjust the cable was full of water when I moved it. was wondering if maybe that was where we had a little sticking for the cable to come out of the spool. The valves were clean and no sticking there. Have about 1200 miles on my F5.

Were you guys noticing a loss of top end, because the cables were to short or off? I've yet to take a look at them since I came back from Canada. My sled ran great, but I was having trouble seeing 100 mph at the end of the ride. I'm not sure if it was the -20 temps or if the cables are out of adjustment.
