Lots of sleds come with only 3 rear idler wheels. Are they always 2 on the right, and one on the left?
Anyway, I've decided to try running 2 on the outside of the rails, and the third in the very center. I know that the center is the weakest point in the shaft, but I can't really see it breaking unless I happened to jump the sled, and land on a rock which hit the center of the track, on a tail landing.
What's your prediction?
