Went for a little blast yeasterday afternoon.
Still tonnes of snow up there.
Went to Fielding from Hunters Mountain, then down into Baddeck on the 710.
Then I went to Gasit Enterprises to visit Jim.
Put about 80 miles on.

Jim took me on some sweet trails near his house on the West Side of Middle River. What a spot.

Entarnce at Hinters Mountain. The road was NOT plowed to the rollers.

This is trail 710 heading towards Big Baddeck. What a great little trail. There was a few mud spots and washouts.

Thank god we have the highlands, here in Sydney the grass is starting to turn green. More shit weather for tomorrow, looks like Sunday will be the day to go, and hopefully we all get snow Monday. By the way, how were u feeling after the Steel City Wednesday night?..lol.

It was great to meet you guys the other night.

I went to the Capri after too.

After the buckets of Coors Light it made it interesting.

WOW, did it ever take a hit up there ! And just when it was starting to shape up like an old fashioned winter..... :rolleyes: maybe we're just spoiled from all the powder we had the past month. Hopefully the weather turns around soon..... :i_need_snow:

Yeah the highlands are quit a run.
Me and my old man can leave on the sleds from ingonish and go right to the highlands.
pretty long run though
