I just picked one up for the wife, a hold over 14Tnt. I drove it around the parking lot when I picked it up from the dealer. I stopped and said to the dealer wtf was wrong with it, no power.... then he pointed out it was in eco mode. Based on that 30 sec ride I doubt it will ever get used again in that mode.

Thanks!

How many miles to you have on your 900?

I'M curious about the fuel mileage. The dealer claimed after 700 miles or so I could see 29mpg in ECO mode. That'll be on the wife's sled though. I doubt mine will see ECO mode. Ever. :)
29mpg?

I wouldn't get your hopes up that high. Not sure if anyone has gotten that high.

On my 900ACE 120" I've seen a best of 25, and that was in a combo of Standard & Sport modes. No complaints.

I haven't really seen much difference in the 3 modes in regards to mpg's.

I agree. I'm pretty sure the dealer was quoting something he heard at a BRP seminar or something.

I'll be ecstatic if I get 20+. That'll be about double the mpg I'm used to with my 600 2 stroke.

2503 miles on mine last year and 20-25 mpg were the numbers from most of the 110 gallons i used. always 5.5 -6.3 gallons at the 150 mile mark. Now the gauge and light are another story. With about 5 gallons in the tank the light many come on if your really climbing. Nice to know there at least 60 more miles to go with the red tank on the tail end. 300 miles is do able with the LinQ tanks but that's pushing it.

Once full you have to burp the tanks to really fill it. You can normally get another 1.7 G more by burping

Take care of your sleds boys! I'll be buying them from you when you're done. Can't afford new but think the 900 ace is really just about perfect.

You may want to use ECO mode when loading and unloading on the trailer. I found that Sport mode is too aggressive for loading/unloading. Maybe I have ham-hands?

So, I went ahead and bought 2 2015 900 ACE Renegades.

Both have less than a mile on them because we do not have snow here in southern Minn. Al's Specialty in Rochester MN delivered them to me with all my accessories installed perfectly.

Right now I am modifying my enclosed hybrid side-by-side trailer so that these babies go on and off without me having to lift them.

:bc: Here's to a great season to all of you. Let the good times roll!

The dealer was prolly thinking the 600 ACE , that is closer to 29 but I have seen 22 with mine and the short track is 1 or 2 better , either way very happy with it
