Just wondering, when you put the sled into reverse if it is normal to hear a popping noise from the clutches when you start to move it and the same noise when you go back to forward and move it????? It maybe the helix I'm hearing??

yes my 05 fuse does it to

Totally normal. It is the rollers contacting the er slot in the helix. It'll clunk when you go back into forward too.

This is my first sled with rev and polaris at that, I notice the noise last weekend while riding it the grass. Good to hear that it is normal!!!!
