How are the 2022 800’s running ?

The shootout, which I usually don’t put a lot of faith in, showed the 800 way behind the 850’s in performance.

6 of us on a trip two weeks ago. 2 x RR 800 CTEC2 (2020 & 2022), my RR 9000, 1 Machz 2022, 1 XRS 850 2021... It a load of crap that the CTEC2 are behind the others from 0 to 100 MPH

How close are they to the doo 850? You run over 100? How that mach stack up with your turbo?

No so here so living vicariously for you lucky folk who have the white gold.

There was no difference... On some jumps the 800 took the 850. I go my ass kicked and was confused as hell until I saw that my air intake was frozen and 60% covered in snow plus I had the 0627-104 that has less top end. Next time I ride with him... We will see. The lauch control is cool as hell.

Takes about 6-700 miles to fully loosen up. My 19’ RR trades wins with both brands 850’s. Generally they are all about equal. Because of ride height and gearing none of these sleds are topping out much over 100mph. If you want top speed get a 4S turbo.

Both my 800rr i had would do 110 ish on hard trails. My 13 was 113 and my 15 was 107 (15 had different gearing and big fin so I suspect why it wasn't as fast and the 13) and that was the Zuk motor. I certainly hope my new to me will do 110+ on trail. Unfortunately not sure I'll even get to ride it this season without mother nature's help.

Depending on how hard I ride mileage has been between 12 and 14 mph with my 21 ZR 8000 Limited. Outside of changing track to a Storm 150 no picks, completely stock.
That's actually really good... I just put $100 of gas through my Zuk 800 in a day (25 gallons at $4.00/gal on a 235 mile day)

Doo 850’s on ice this past winter ran from 110 mph on their geared down high end model to 115 mph ON GPS for their standard gearing…….2000 ft.

My 2021 XCR 850 doesn't have anything more than my brothers 2018 8000RR trail riding. We both pin it coming out of the corners and no one is passing the other in the straightaways. The 850 feels stronger but it doesn't seem to translate to trail riding as much as some think it would. I mean its only what...10-15hp difference ands this is a 2018. I think the 2020+ have a little more punch?
