I just found this thread late last week and read all 30 pages kinda quickly. From what I have read I need the updated Panel brackets, Upper A-arm's and spindles. I have a 14 XF9000 SnoPro Green & White. Any idea if there is a spindle the same color of green??

And as long as I am asking, Has anyone looked at the rear suspension of a 14 VS the newer sleds?? I did a quick look on Babbits. The rear suspension upper & lower arm is the same but the front arm has a different PN. Any idea if they are the same or not??

The greens will not be the same. The current green in the medium green. You have the Team green. Personally, I'd order black and not have to worry.

As far as the skid front arm.... What length are you 129 or 137 ? If 129, Cat has done at least 1 revision on arm length since your sled was built....may be 2 actually, I'd have to research. I'm sure someone here has already done the update on a 129 sled, so I'll bet they will be able to fill you in on what they did.

Thanks for the clarification on the Greens. I have a 137" skid under my sled.

I have went through this thread about 4-5 times now and have complied a parts list for both narrow & wide front ends, As well as wide front ends with and with out sway bar attachments. I used babbits online for prices. This is with out shipping or sales tax. Just a base price. If anyone see something I missed or put in a wrong PN please let me know so I can edit this post. I did not include new axle's/bushing or the bolts/nuts for the axles. First up is spindle color options.... If you are going to powder coat them you should order the cheaper color.

Here is pic of the gusset and one of it installed without the rivet. This is part number 1607-561 from the parts list for my 2019 ZR 9000 Sno Pro. These images are available on Country Cats website under the above part number. This gusset apparently was originally offered as an upgrade in kit form for earlier procross sleds that apparently did not have one factory installed. Check the description on C-Cats website to confirm. In the description it states that the purpose for the gusset is to strengthen the structure in the event of a suspension impact.

Based on the intended purpose of the gusset described I am not worried at all about running my sled without the 2020 updated gusset as I now know that its purpose is not primarily related to added stress from the front suspension upgrade on the 2020's.
Still waiting for the updated front frame gusset to complete that part of the 2020 front end update on my 2019. Gusset has been on back order as we know since Fall and is now shown as on BO until May. I rode the sled this season regardless but still intend to install the gusset when I have it. I am still curious as to what was changed with the gusset other than the change from a structural rivet to a nut and bolt attachment? And still wondering if that is all that was changed for a better hold in that area. Looking at the parts diagrams I have noticed that the Riot X models with the lighter spindles (2020 N 2021) still use the same 1607-561 gusset as my 2019 ZR 9000 with the rivet installation while the Riot with the heavier spindle has the updated 1607-913 gusset with the nut n bolt install. The 1607-913 appears to be on all the 2020/21 sleds with the taller heavier spindle including T-Cats and the ZR's. To bad its in such a tight area making it difficult to see and likely impossible to measure the thickness of the updated gusset. The 1607-561 gusset that is on my 19 is approximately .060" thick. How I know is I ordered one in some time ago for reference. If anyone has the front apart on a 20/21 with the updated gusset that is totally bored cause of this virus shit, and can find the motivation to measure how thick it is???...that would be appreciated by those of us wanting to know. If its only the change from the rivet to the bolt then we can drill it out and install the bolt.

P.S. This post generated by virus boredom!!!:wall: Thank You!

I ordered the (2) 1607-913 Panel Brackets on January 2nd and they are still on backorder. But I have a question for you. I plan to put this updated front end on either my 17 ZR 7000 129 or 19 ZR 8000 137 (not sure which yet). I have all the parts you listed (except 1607-913 because its one backorder) besides the (2) 3604-891 Limiter straps. Are the new limiter straps required for this upgrade? Does it matter if the track is 129 or 137?

the limiters are not needed unless you move the front arm

You can now. They didn’t have that color last year on the consumer zr. You can also order the matching green rails off the 21 if you don’t want to drill holes to move the front arm
