Just recently (today) purchased a 2015 Polaris Pro 600 and I noticed on startup there is a message that pops up on the digital interface for a second or two and then disappears. I'm trying to discern whether this is an error message or if this is simply telling me it is in ethanol fuel mode.

I'm assuming (and hoping) that this is just an indication. Never noticed it when riding rmks previously, is this common to all Polaris sleds?

2nd question - I've read a few columns about switching into different fuel modes, is there any performance benefit to running one vs the other? I plan to only run 89/91 non-ethanol in it, just curious if there may be a benefit to one of the other modes.

Thanks to anyone willing to chime in

You will notice a bit better performance in premium mode. Just be sure to use good fuel if in premium mode. If in doubt about fuel quality use ethanol mode.
