I blew a belt at the end of the winter last year and this summer Ive had a puddleof oil on the ground of oil around two feet long under my clutch. So i pulled the secondary off and cleaned it all up and cannot find out where the oil is coming from. I pulled the diamond drive and checked all the oil and it came out to 12oz so i no thats not leaking. Where could the oil be coming from?

If it ain't your ACT Drive then it's got to be the oil container on top of the belt guard. There's a hose on the left side of the container (looking at the belt and oil container's side) be sure the clamp is on and tight as well for the hose.. Then the oil cap and last of all the oil pump hoses and clamps. Container disn't get any damage from the belt coming off, even though the belt guard is there?

Do like he said first. if that checks out, look with a flashlight Real close upunder your front suspension, looing toward the throttle bodies. if there is fresh looking injection oilrunning between the aluminum frame sections in the area in front of the TB's, you could have leaking TB oil line check valves. they let the oil run into the Tb's and then it spills out the front of the boots and runs down the frame...possibly ending up over by your clutch as it would follow the frame rail around to the lowest point.

Is that normal stronger 800 that it comes out the check valve?

I've seen it a few times. my 07 600 did it when it was new, setting in the hot shop during the summer with a near full oil tank. added pressure was more than they could hold I guess. I removed the airbox and intake boot to be certain that the oil was indeed coming out of the throttle body. that being said as soon as the temps dropped in the fall, it never leaked again. the guy I sold it too has put 2ooo miles on it. no oil leaks. worst case scenario here.... your sled gets to much oil.

Edit: my dealer said at the time that he had seen this in events where the vent in the oil tank cap had been plugged. warm temps increase pressure and oil gets forced through the valves. he gave me a new oil cap, but we both agreed that my original cap appeared to be venting fine.

Thanks for all the help ive done everything you've guys asked but there stuff all stitting in the belly pan like oil and crud . I was wondering is does that belly pan come off. I no you have to drill out the pop rivets and take all the screws out but there three pieces sticking out that look welded on. Does that belly pan come off? And if so how do i go about doing that?

raise one ski up on a block or something, remove the side panels and clutches, spray a can or two of your favorite plastic friendly engine degreaser in there under the engine, let it soak, rinse with low pressure Hot water. under the engine only, not over it. let dry. In my opinion you can't remove enough paneling to make it an easy or effective job of cleaning so I'd forget about that idea.
