I'VE GOT A 2002 PRO-X 440 WITH A 800 IN IT. THE MOTOR HAS SLP TWIN PIPES, HI FLOW AIR BOX, 2 FLOW RITES, V-FORCE REEDS, 2002 XCSP CDI, PRO-X EXHAUST SPRINGS, STOCK HEAD, EXHAUST PORT POLISHED. PRIMARY CLUTCH HAS 66 GRAM WEIGHTS, 140-310 SPRING. SECONDARY HAS A 66-44-.56 HELIX, BLACK SPRING. IT RUNS GOOD, BUT I KNOW IT CAN RUN BETTER. I'VE ONLY RODE A COUPLE OF TIMES THIS YEAR DO TO LACK OF SNOW, BUT WHEN I DID IT ONLY PULLED ABOUT 7500 RPM'S. I THINK THE EXHAUST SPRING IS TOO STIFF OR CLUTCH IS OFF A BIT. ANY IDEAS? AND/OR WHAT OTHER MODS DO YOU RECOMEND? WHEN I PULLED THE HEAD THE EXHAUST PORT HAD SOME WORK DONE BUT THE TRANSFER PORTS DIDN'T. IS THIS COMMON FOR A TRAIL SLED OR DO I NEED TO SEND OUT THE CYLINDERS FOR A PORT JOB AND WHAT ABOUT THE UPPER CRANK CASE?
