I have a 1995 Indy 500 liquid with a blown engine.
I am looking for a parts sled.Would an engine from a 1992 Indy fit or are they different? What year of sleds can I look at that are basically the same chassis?

All the fuji 500 liquids have been almost unchanged for the last 20 years, so yes a 500 from a 92 will most likely fit in your 95. I believe your chassis (evolved) went from 94 to 98 or 99. Hope this helps.

As long as the track is 121 in long, has a pitch of 2.52 in. and providing the sled has enough tunnel clearance for the lugs, it should fit. The chassis is called "evolved".

I've got a 1993 Polaris Indy Classic 500 with less than 1000 original miles on the sled and engine. I bought it from 60 yr old guy whose wife would not ride with him. He had only ridden 240 miles when I bought it in 2001. This thing is very well cared for. Make me an offer.
