Just got back. -20 degrees outside now. Sled ran great. Hard to to tell the differance in power over the 98 zrt600. Have to go up on the lake and run the two sleds together. Sled sure is a blast to ride compared to the zrt. I have been riding a tripple for 7 years so jumping on a sled thats about 100 lbs lighter was a big differance. The power is alot smoother compared to tripple. The tripple hit hard around 6500 rpm. The f6 power was smooth right from engagment (4000 rpm) to full shift (7900 rpm)
It did have slight push but not to bad. Need to put some 8 inch carbides on. The stock 4 inch just dont cut it. The only complaints, oil light started to flick after about 105 miles, and the ice buld up on the running boards. Added oil about the 120 mile mark. Light did not come and stay on ,just blinked momentarly. Used about 3/4 of a quart when I added. Gas milage, slightly over 13. Over all very very happy I'm hooked. Cliff :D
