I put my 05 900 fusion to 136" with 1.5" track. I am running factory weights, polaris black/ white primary and polaris red/ black secondary. Last year ran 23 39 gears and was satisfied. This year went to 21 40 gears and wow what a hole shot but lost some mid range and top end. I have the slp air box, torque stops & push arm and mbrp can. Does anyone know what springs and weights I should be running.

If you still have the stock pipe then run what ever weights are needed the pull your RPM's down to around 7100-7200 RPM at WOT. The 2005 Fusion 900 with the stock pipe loves to be loaded down. A 165/310 spring the the primary is about right and around a 160/260 in the secondary should work very well too. I got a 140/260 I am going to try. The 21/40 gearing sounds way wrong? I'm using 25/40 which works good at 121" up to 1500' elevation. I think even the 23/39 (stock flat land XC 600 gearing) would be more than low enough for the 136" X 1.5??? I'm getting ready to install a 136" X 1.25 on mine. Does any one else have some input? What helix are you using?
