My friend has a 600 fusion(06) 500 miles. Its all stock, he rides average speeds on winding trails at 1000ft.+, he's 60 yrs. 160#s, so he not a speed freak but once in a blue moon will run her on a lake :3gears: :bounce: . I was thinking of jetting him down 2-3 jet sizes, what do you guys think? Any other ideas? Thanks, Sideways.

Thanks cfm, i'm amazed that Polaris put 10-62s in from the factory  . Do you need a clutch press to take apart a team, or any speacial tools. This will be my first one. Thanks, Sideways

Install a Holtzman Tempa-Flow The best money I've spent on it.

That and Sly Dog Skis....... makes it turn like it should and reduces the steering effort too.

Is the 08 Shift motor the same as the 06 Fusion? I see Polaris jetted it down to 400 mains, 45 pilots and up to 1.0 on the air. This is a considerably leaner setup, but i'm sure their is other things to consider though.

Shift is the same exact motor, but Polaris did refine the carb calibrations slightly. The Fuse is wayyy to rich down low.
