Vent from celinoid vent line has oil coming out is this normai. If so how much. Why??

My dealer told me it was normal mine was leaking on my left control arm.removed the hose and ran a new one under the where the exhaust mainfold and frt pipe meet then downward thru the hole in the support and drilled a hole behind the deflector for the exhaust underneath.have rode yet so hopefully it's good to go.
