SLP big air kit, get the vents that go in your dash beside the tack and speedo. They really let that thing breath you can hear a real diffence and it is cheep. v-force 3 reeds and 8" wheel kit help put the power to the snow.
If you are looking for the best bang for the buck, then reeds and a big wheel kit would be the last thing I would do with the 700. Like they mentioned above, I would put in the SLP high flow air horn kit, a couple of flow rites in the dash, and an SLP single pipe. Then I would get the clutching and gearing dialed in.
