buddy just bought a new 04.

did the limiter straps for 04 not have predrilled additional holes?

he can't see any...

Also, I told him to tighten them one hole, as i've done on all my Firecats. everyone agree with that direction?

You will see the pre-drilled hole after removing the woody's backer that A/C used for the washer. It's there. I tightened mine 1 notch and have been happy. I think everyone here will agree.

I havent touched my limiter straps. I just adjusted the front preload and put on some C&A Outlaws and my sled handles great. I also have the blocks out.

Yup, there will be one more notch to tighten the limiter strap. I did that along with going to the next tighter setting on the coupling blocks. I wouldn't remove the blocks, trick is to have the skis on the ground if you want to turn. I ride with a guy that has a ZR800 that can't keep up with me on the tight trails.
