Since no one else is jumping in to help I'll give you my set up. I have an '02 Pro-X chassis with an '01 440 and a 136x1.5 RipSaw. Here's my set-up I got from Pockets.......
Your stock gearing should be fine. I run 19/42 for a 2.21 ratio and the sled pulls with authority! See how your 19/43 pulls and change gears if you don't like it. For clutching, stay with the stock almond/red primary spring with S53H weights. The motor won't pull the S55H's with the longtrack. In the secondary, the R49 stock helix (52/34) is ok, or a HSP 52/34S. I'm running a Dalton 52/34S and it shifts great. The blue/orange secondary spring #2, or the silver/blue #2 or 3. Buy new springs....... your clutches will be happy you did! I would run 2001 needles in #2 with a half step shim, I found #3 too rich unless it was below 0F. Air screw at 2-2.5 turns as well. Set the idle to 2-2500 rpm hot engine.
Once you get it dialed you'll love it!! Good luck!
