Clutch - most recommended will be the kit Outdoorshop has ( http://www.theoutdoorshopinc.com/store ), other kits that work well are D&D ( http://www.ddracing.com ), Bikeman ( http://www.bikemanperformance.com ) and there are others but the 3 mentioned support the site. I run the D&D no problems and I like the gain.
Gears - 23-40 is a good choice, just switched to these last weekend so I can not tell you the gain from a personal standpoint but most that have done this have seen more top end speed.
Bullseyes - needs no changes to the computer, minor gain in throttle response, I close mine up when it is below zero.
