maybe stiffer springs?? What do you have the triangles set at on the rear springs. how much do you weigh? I know my dads 02 CCE is a lot stiffer than my 00 zr500 even on the lowest clicker setting...

Remote arm adjuster won't stiffen it at all. It adjusts ski pressure, you need to turn it all the way out if you plan on riding any ruff stuff or you'll blow the shock. Rear clicker you won't notice any difference just sitting there you need to ride the sled. The sled is a few years old so like the other posts say replacing the springs isn't a bad idea, you may also need to revalve the shocks if that doesn't do it for you.

There is one one each side of the suspension that you use the spark plug wrench to adjust. Its on the stiffest setting when the thickest part of the triangle is facing toward the spring.

its #18 in the drawing

Your rear springs must be baffed. At 160# even the softest cam setting should suffice. The 2002 CCE rear spring part numbers were updated in 2003. This leads me to believe they were problem springs from day one. Everyone I know who's owned a CCE had to change to stiffer rears. The 90 degree angle springs just don't cut it. Try some 83 or 75 degree replacements. The '99 ZR700 rear's work well.
