I'm finishing a top end rebuild on my Polaris 02 Pro X 440 LC.
I had to replace a jug besides the top end, and also I split the case to make there was no metal that had dropped down into the crankcase.

Anyways I got it all back together and It won't start, so I pull the plugs and I'm shooting coolant out of my spark plug holes. I'm obvouisly leaking coolant somewhere.
So now I'm taking it back apart and something is not right. I replaced all the gaskets.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If all was clean the base gasket is kinda hard to screw up. I like to put my o-rings in the freezer for about 10 minutes before i put them in place. It makes them a little stiffer and they stay in place better. That is were i would be looking. Probrably knocked an o-ring out of place when you set the head on.

After taking off the jugs I notice one of the base gaskets was a little tweaked, when i went to take off that gasket it tore into two in that spot.
Thats got to be the problem.
