I had a 09 800 that started doing that and soon enough fried the ecu. I was told the voltage reg. went and thats what took out the ecu, so if she still runs maybe check into that before she is fried?

Used a bolt cutter to snap the nuts off of the remaining one that i couldnt get out. Worked great and the nuts are not that hard, split right in half. Thanks!
