Outwest, where to stay and rent

Hello, I have been thinking about a trip out west, maybe Jackson hole area. Not real sure where to start. Would like to fly out with just my gear, stay for 3 or 4 nights, cook meals in or eat out, and rent a sled for 3 days. We wont have a vehicle so riding from were we are staying would be desirable. Really don't think we need a tour, just a rental and direction. Does anyone know a good place to stay and rent for a reasonable price?

what type of riding do you want to do?
all off trail or a mix of both?
as IMO< tog. and alpine area's are mostly all off trail places
to get more into the mix, west yellowstone is hard to beat, and a GREAT place to go for first time out west folks, just a LOT more things to do and about, more options on places to stay and better packages!, many rental places offer stay and ride packages that include a free tank of fuel each day!
if your a very experienced off trail rider, well then, maybe Tog or Alpine or like places are more suited to things
all sort of comes down to your skill set and type of riding you want to do most of!

Since this post, I have been to Togwotee and it was worth all the hype. The guides did a great job taking us to remote untouched locations, lodging was good and the food was descent. Id say the only thing that annoyed me is they love to charge for any sled damage. Really need to go through the rental and take pics of all the previous damage before you leave, otherwise they tend TRY to get you to pay for it.
Id say for what I had into the whole 3 day trip in 2019 I was happy with the over all cost. However, the rentals prices have nearly doubled and who knows what else has gone up. I would more than likely shop around.
