Default Surprise find

Starting to open up the front of engine compartment to do a top end replacement on my mostly new to me 15 axys 800sb. Saw this immediately after pulling pipe. It is in bulkhead, pto side. I bought the sled a year ago, have since put on 1,000 miles. I am certain it has dwelled in this crevice prior to my ownership. Anybody know where it belongs? Sled has run perfect, no issues. I have taken hood off a few times and am pretty sure it does not come from that plug.
