Default extra Plug on the hood harness?

I have a 16 pro s switchback 600. I never noticed this but when i was putting the hood back on and plugging in the main wiring harness there is a two wire plug going to no where. (brown and red wire). It is located on the hood harness in the middle. Is that for a accessory or for the dealer to hook up to?

Does it look like the one below? If so that is the plug that goes to the cigarette lighter if you install one.

Hmmm. Is there another plug you could use for the cig lighter that has 12 Vdc all the time??? I would like mine powered even when the sled is shut off. Yes I know the risks of killing the battery if something is left on...
