Default PERC reverse not doing anything

I just rebuilt my top end, just as a precaution, it didnt blow up or anything. I also did power commander and vforce reeds. I have no reverse at all now, engine does nothing when the button is pushed. rode the sled around the yard to get it warm and still doesnt work. I never had an issue with it last year and this is the first time I've had it out this year. checked pin connection and put dielectric grease in the connector for the reverse switch. verified switch is working and wiring is good right to the pcm connector with a Fluke multimeter. removed the power comander and still no reverse. set tps to .700 with idle screw backed off and idle then set to .940. still no reverse. does the pcm need to see any other inputs before it will let it kill and go into reverse? I've never had a problem before with it. I'm stumped.. thanks for any and all help!!

I reset the tps voltages as I stated before and it still did not fix it. I did not physically remove the tps or unplug it, wonder if I should completely remove it and reinstall it? then set the voltages..

Pins in Ecu connectors are notorious for pushing out. Check to see if when you installed power commander you didnít push one out.
