Default SBA Clutch Weight fitment

'11 SBA 800

Long story short, one of my rollers in my spider seized. Got a good deal on a new take off of a newer primary clutch minus the spring and weights. I went to install my weights and the spacers on each side of the weight and they won't fit in. If I take one spacer/washer out it fits with little play and is nice and free. I looked at my old clutch and it measured larger then the new one so i'm guessing the old one is worn. The new one measures all the same and about .3mm smaller then the old one.
Question, can I run the weights with one shim/washer or are there different thickness shim/washers that I will have to buy? What's my best plan of attack?
