have a 2020 zr8000 limited with iact. when switching from soft to medium I don't notice much of a difference. it seems to run through fairly rough stuff on soft. I also have a 16 limited with qs3 and the differences in settings is quite noticable. I am wondering if this is normal and that they changed the calibrations that much or do I have a problem and have to bring it to the dealer. thanks for any feedback

Try making a change and push down on the rear/front then change setting and push down again should feel a difference.

Used mine for the first time today. Only used number 2 and 3, there was a big difference between the two. Havent set the customizable ones yet.

I've tried pushing it up and down at different settings and still don't feel the difference between soft and medium. I do feel a substantial difference when it is set to firm. Have put 400 miles on it and haven't needed the firm setting and haven't tried it. not enough snow to make big bumps.

JIMG1: I have the 19 same model sled and have been wondering the same. I don't feel much of a difference between the soft and medium but do on the firm. When the sled was new, a year ago, I did notice that when I set it to firm the right shock did not change. I brought it back to my dealer and they replaced that shock. That fixed that but since then I still have not noticed any difference between soft and medium. My dealer is a day away so I never brought it back to verify if anything else is wrong or if it is working right between soft and medium. I now have approx. 1800 miles on the sled and still don't feel a difference between soft and medium. I sure would like to know if something else is wrong or if it's just me not feeling the difference. I really do not want to waste several days bringing the sled in and waiting unless I have to.

If you find something out on yours will you please post an update? Thanks.

I'm working on getting to the bottom of this and will share the results when I get there. In the meantime it would be great if anyone else has any more feedback from actual riding experience

On QS3 shocks with the 3 settings #2 is 29% stiffer than #1 and #3 is 81% stiffer than #1.

I have tried #3 and can’t imagine anyone ever needing that or wanting it that stiff. I am 270lbs and it was VERY stiff.
