The 18 made 160hp unless you don't believe DTR. Think bikeman had it over 160 also on their alpha.

I doubt it, that's what the current 800 CTEC dyno's, or around 155.
Here is a link:
Dyno Test: Cat Power Evolution | American Snowmobiler Magazine
Add Reeds and a YPipe and your at 160.

The Zuke and CTEC II 800 'Gen 1' could be dialed up to 165-170HP pretty easily with a full exhaust and reeds.
I am hoping this 'Gen 2' CTEC II 800 hits about 160-165HP (Arctic Cat claim 165) in stock form, and wakes up like the formers when modded.
I doubt it will be that from the factory. If they could do it they would have done it with Suzuki and the gen 1 ctech and they don’t for whatever reason.

18 was 152, 19 156, I was guess 20 would be 161.

One thing I was wondering too is, will a freshly built motor dyno noticeably less then a broken in motor?
The Genesis 130 in my Viper really started to wake up after 250-500 miles, but obviously that's a 4 stroker.
Also, I never dynoed it before/after so I am just going by my butt-o-meter, but it was noticeably stronger as time went on.

If the current motor is 155hp, is another 5-7 hp really so hard to believe?
Either way, and regardless of our guesses, we will all find out soon enough, my guess is low 160's.

The Suzuki HO dynoed 163HP in my 2010.
Later years had a more restrictive exhaust due to the ProCross chassis.
Any 2012+ Zuke can make 160+ HP very easily with a few mods.

Totally new top end, revised porting and exhaust valves, should make power.
