Default 2020 Limited has lowered suspension?

I hope this article from SuperTrax about the Sno Pro is right about the Limited's also having the lowered ride height. Can any of you guys confirm this?

"Not only does the 2020 Sno-Pro offer the new ARS II front spindles and geometry but it has adopted the T-Cat and Limited's lower ride height. The idea here is to lower the sled's center of gravity and raise its roll center so handling is sharpened to a razor edge.

We can attest to this thinking after spending some hours on last year's Yamaha SRX and ThunderCat. The idea is to maintain the same amount of travel but calibrate springs so the sled has more ride-in or sag at static position when the rider is seated. There's also a change to the skid's slide rail mount for the front arm. It's now about an inch higher and the front arm sits much flatter at static."

Yes I checked it on Cats website. Lowered and 1 inch track. For trail hugging and speed. Some are saying with new engine updates it will run on or with the 850's?

I know the Sno Pro is lowered with a 1" track. The Limited however comes with a 1.25" track but is the suspension also lowered like the Sno Pro and T-Cat? That's what i'm looking for clarification on.

Its a 1.25, not sure bout the 1" drop like the TCat/SRX. I got a source at a local cat dealership, I can ask if you want. And heres a pic for the hell of it, damn good looking sled.

Well if the sno pro and t-cat have lowered suspension why wouldn’t the limited? I can’t see them raising it an inch just for that model... can you?

I agree that why would it not be lowered but sure doesn't look like it. They don't mention it in the description and it does have the 1.25 track?

But, it also seems they made changes to the mounting points on the rear skid?

I believe the SnoPro is more like the LXR of the past. Softer riding, lower ride height, and cheaper shocks. The Limited and RR would have the existing ride height, and either QS shocks or the Iact deal. The Thundercat Limited and the SnoPro sleds would have the 1" track and lower ride height.

Dealer finally got clarification from Cat. The Limited will not have the 1" lowered suspension like the T-Cat and Sno Pro.
