Default Coolant contamination

I'm trying to figure out a couple issues with this fusion 600 I picked up. First the coolant is a brownish green color so I'm wondering if I'm getting oil in it from the water pump seal or possibly a head o ring? Also I'm getting alot of what looks like oil out of the exhaust and it smokes terribly and really runs kinda crappy. Got this thing for the woman and I'm hoping it doesn't turn into a giant headache. Anyone ever have any symptoms like these before?

That very well could be. There's no sludge or anything and it isn't milky.

Sounds more like your exhaust spooge is getting into the coolant, and coolant getting into the combustion in which the head o rings are the culprit.
