Default 06 fusion ho 600 dragon electrical issues

ok so the sled was running and developed a leaky head gasket..fixed that got it all sealed up..now no spark...ive changed the cdi box and the coil..new stator comin tomorrow..does anyone know a way to test the system with a volt meter?

did you check your throttle lever freeplay? should be the width of a credit card roughly. could be something that simple. i see stuff like this all the time.

as Rick suggested, try the throttle free play. You spent a lot of $$ chasing a problem that could be quite simple. Pins in your harness all good or maybe one of them is bent? Did you Ohm the stator before thinking that's the problem? On my old 800XC i could pull the single black wire down by the stator which would bypass all safety switches. I also had a problem where that wire was broken and i couldn't get it to start. Had to solder it back together.
