Default 2010 xrs clutch setup

I’ve been venturing into getting my clutching right on my Xrs.
Details: 23/45 gearing, got it with 24.5 pin weight now at 19.1. New 160/320 spring, 1.75” track. New belt and deflection set perfect. Strong engine.
Secondary: d2 by ibackshift.com

Used for mostly off trail/deep snow/difch riding. I’d say pretty aggressive riding style. Lots of wide open throttle.

With the 24,5g, it was really lugging along and sluggish. Max rpms were about 75-7700 at most. Went to 19.1 and rpms maybe went up 200 rpm. Once in awhile I could get it to 8k rpm. Not regularly. Dropped to 16g and really quick Rpms but not a whole lot of pull. Seemed like it was slipping a lot.

I’ve not been able get the rpms up to the max power range of 81-8200 on my stock tach, and definitely not 83-8400 if the stock tach is off by 200 rpms.

Open to suggestions. I have buddies with a lot of doo clutching parts, so I can borrow their parts for testing. I have the ability to change out any part in the clutches and do all my own work, from engine rebuilds to shocks rebuilding. First time with a doo. I have piles of Poo clutches and parts.
I emailed ibackshift but have not got a reply.

I ended up with a 200/380 primary spring. Only way I could get steady high rpms. Not entirely certain why the Dynamo kit didn’t bring too end rpms. So much more fun to bang through deep ditches. Great midrange.
Now on to a 146” track that’s getting put on this summer.
