1) If your of the male persuasion, make sure not to lift the toilet seat when you urinate. Dribble pee all over said toilet seat, and for good measure leave a little puddle of piss on the floor each time.

2) Completely ignore any requests made by your host/hostess. If you've been asked to remove your footwear before coming into the house, keep them on. While your at it, plop yourself down on that nice duvet cover on your bed with those same filthy shoes on.
Repeat same when sitting on the furniture.

3) Bring every single electronic device you own. To include your FULL SIZE COMPUTER, laptop, big tablet and little tablet. Plug them all in (including all your cell phones) and leave them all on. Especially when you go out for the day. Even though your host left you a power strip, rifle through their stuff anyway.

OH VERY IMPORTANT! Surf porn and crank up that volume! Don't want your host to miss out on anything! Sit in front of that full size computer you brought and wank to your hearts content! So there's little kids around? Well they gotta learn about sex eventually, right?

3) Whine and complain about EVERYTHING! How dare your host's not be mind readers! They should just KNOW all your wants and needs. Don't like the coffee? The beverages? Fresh fruit? If your an older relative act like a King and be gruff and give the cold shoulder when your favorites aren't available.

4) Compare your other grandchildren/great grandchildren to the hosts and point out all the ways they come up short. Skype with your "preferred" grand babies, and proclaim very loudly how they are SOOOO much better than the host's.

5) Leave wet towels...where ever. Floor, the nice cloth couch, hell take one of those nice "new" btw guest towels and use one to check the oil in your car!

6) Open the doors AND run the AC! Full blast! Tough luck paying that electric bill!

7) The nice trinkets the host left for you (gift basket, water and coffee bottles, snacks etc) well don't acknowledge them.

8) Expect to be waited on hand and foot. Didn't they see that "crown" on your head? If your host wants a night off from the kitchen, ok relent and take them to dinner. But make comments about the cost of that coctail they ordered. And bristle if they order something other than the cheapest thing on the menu. And then ask your host to leave the tip.

9) Grab the newspaper first thing. Read it, do the crosswords, etc. Don't refold it and leave for your host to read. Take it in your guestroom.

10) Make SURE to miss the trash can. Why should one have to bend over and pick up something they dropped? That's the host's job. Matter of fact, let that trash over flow. MAYBE that will get your host's attention.

11) Monopolize every conversation. Make it all about "you". Who cares what's going on in your host's family? Your there to act like royalty and be kow-towed to. They should know that.

12) Ditto on the kitchen. Make a huge mess! Don't clean it up! When you spill juice (every freaking day) don't wipe it up! That is the host's job.

13) Order crap from Amazon; every day! Make sure the host's postman is pissed off! And brag about your money, but don't spend a dime on your host's.

14) Don't reciprocate that HUGE father's day gift you were given. Make sure to skip buying even something small for your son. Act like a big narcissist! Your son owes YOU, the father. Not the other way around.

15) Continue the daily passive-aggressive attitude with your host's. Forget that they've bent over backwards for you! Remember, your the King!

I have more but you get the picture. Never again will they set foot in this house.

For reference. If even one or maybe two of those things went down with a guest, family or not, THEY WOULD BE ESCORTED RIGHT THE FUCK OUT TO THE STREET!! if you come to my house you are going to respect it. I don't know how you didn't suffocate them while they slept!!!

LOL sometimes. He told me that meeting me "saved" him, from his awful family.

His poor mom. There is so much shit she had to put up with before she died.

God doesn't want FIL. He is going straight to hell , no waiting.

I feel so bad for my H and his sister. All my MIL did was cry on my shoulder (literally)about how bad FIL treats her.

My sister-in-law and I offered to pay for her divorce lawyer. All she is to him is a maid.

No one has ever stood up to this man. I was ready and wanted to.

FIL was showing off his 9mm to my husband in the garage. I guess (according to my H) he has ZERO proficiency with any weapon. Lost 2 bullets somewhere in my garage. Dropped the gun 2 times.

What a fucking asshole.

3 weeks they were here. They left this morning. They were actually trying to get us to let them stay till end of September.

The remodel starts next week, we said hell no.

I called my father HITLER forever - it was only until the last 8-10 years of his life he softened up. He NEVER stayed in my house.

When he tipped over 5 years ago (Aortic Aneurysm) he was in his happy place doing what he loved to do.

I can honestly say, I did not feel bad for him. Nor have I really missed him more than a few times. Pretty cold I know. But you can't choose your family, only your friends.

A high school friend of the wife's visited a couple summers ago. It was told to us that it would be two nights here, the rest of the ten days would be spent showing her husband from Texas all the great things in Maine and new england. Ummm, yeah they didn't leave. And they checked too many of your numbers above. 1,2,3 and the other 3 were executed pretty heavily. I had to work while they were here. Nothing like coming home to a sink full of dishes, fridge empty, and him laying on my couch with his shoes on and my beer in his hand. I think the wife's friend was embarrassed but didn't dare to say anything to him.

You might want to check your states laws..........

After someone has lived in your home for X amount of days or time they legally live there so you can not tell them to leave you would have to go thru an eviction process to get them out..........

What happened to sucking it up and killing them with kindness........

If no one will stand up to or open their mouth to the F.I.L. and his wife why don't you???

I don't have much, but what I do have is mine and if someone can not respect me, my home or my rules they can leave just as fast as they showed up to my home I don't care who you are...........
