Whats for dinner?? With Badger Okay, you Grillers smokers or just good cooking.

If you like to grill we want to see it.
If you smoke your meat we want to see it.
If you burn it we want to see it.
Hell if you fry it post it!!
If you bake it post it.
Cakes pies bars homemade Ice cream whatever post it!!

But mostly Badger wants to see you're meat.

I am giving the stuffed chicken breast "The Badger seal of approval"

I gave them a flash sear on the grill then I finished them indirect off to the side.
Target internal temp 165-170. The Fisher Bacon held its full flavor the Hi-temp did not
dissipate or just melt away. The breast and bacon held together quite nicely in is raw forum.

Let Badger put his meat in your mouth.

Great thread and pictures

I have no current food pictures, but the smokers are ready to go. I will be stuffing and smoking my own brats soon along with other summer favorites
