I have a gauge in fuel line have about 44psi I have removed line and jumped pump it flows good

And you tested for Power at The injector wires with them unplugged from the injectors as suggested?

Ok got this thing to start starts good but very boggy and smokes a lot I mean it will fill my garage in about five minutes if you let it

2strokes will do that. If you have been cranking it over for a while without it firing, the crankcase has a lot of oil to burn off.
