I heard the same story from someone who lives a couple miles from there. He and Dale have been friends/aquaintences for a long time. We were having a few beers watching the race saturday night and he told me that "out of the box" was 163h.p. With the addition of bullseyes,Y-pipe, boondocker box, it was pushing over 180h.p. Just what i heard, take it any way you want.

Time will tell when it lines up against the mach no doubt it will be a good working sled and should be a good race, but you cant come on here and start bragging and saying its going to win when you dont even have the numbers plus its all different when there sitting on snow and not a dyno machine.

i think that the mach will still be the one to beat in the very long stretches, but the f 1000 will be the quickest sled out.
