Try a new primary spring and make sure you have a new belt in it.

Its been a while since i was in the garage and had time to myself, anyway primary clutch has BLUE SPRING WITH 10-62 WEIGHTS IN IT. Secondary has a 66-44-46 ER team twin trax helix in it. Does anything here stand out and look wrong to anybody? Not sure what is a good trail setup.

I think the pipe is ok , BMP did the pipe mod. I did change the stock gears and primary spring though. 60 degrees and no snow for the first day of winter make it hard for testing...LOL

The 660 fusion ho sled here has a blue/red slp spring in it with 10/64 weights. Wasn't able to find whats in the secondary...owner claims the helix is stock except for a red/black team spring.

sounds like its geared too tall be my guess.what gears does it have in it ?

if its out to lunch , try 22-40 or 21/41.(1.8 to 1 or 1.95 to 1).thats the gears i ran in my xc 6 and my rmk 6 and the low end hit/midrange is pretty stupid for stock600s.

no worries about a lazy bottom then., especially with the hp yours has compared to mine.should snap your arms off if you get traction.

I did end up going with 21/41 for gears, and had a Black/Green Primary (120/340) left over from a xc 700 clutch kit. Cant wait till some snow falls to test.

Wow, the gear change and the primary spring made all the difference in the world. Had a blast on it the last two weeks, don't want to sell now. Thankx for all the input everyone.

I just did a engine transplant from an IQ shift into a RR. It has the black/green and 10-62s stock on the shift. Seems to run decent with that clutch set up with stock gears too. Well pretty sure stock gears. Just bought this one this spring with a smoked engine.
