dude you need to swap or replace the brass inserts from the old bushing to the new one. u was only able to salvage one of each when i did mine. had to buy two.
the new bushing od does look smaller though.

I have to get a set of these soon, besides JS Powersports where can I find them? 50$ for 1 seems a bit high but if thats the only place to get them then I guess they are going to make a killing off of me this summer with other parts I'm going to need!
