Default Iqr seat swap?

Qurious if anyone has ever used any other polaris seat for their iqr builds. I'm 6' and with a 6" bar riser the stock seat sits pretty low for a comfortable transition from sitting to standing. I built my sled agressive trail crossover and am looking at other seat options. The only downfall is that I have the 8.8gal tank. I believe that a seat off an 06/07 RMK might work. But I'm not sure. I've seen pics of different seats on iqrs but can ever find out what guys are using. Has anyone ever used a different polaris seat that fit well on the iqr tank and was taller than the stock seat?

WRP will modify your stock seat, I was quoted 250.00 plus shipping.

I have that seat and it fits pretty well on an IQR tank. I have the 8.8 and a trail tank 10.5, useable on both. It will have a gap on top where the seat meets the console, but the sides and back work quite well.

I will say that if you're riding an IQR while sitting down, very much at all, you're not using it properly. You should be on your feet and only on the seat in corners, or when it's not running. Driving a sled, instead of riding it, like a motocross bike, is for consumer sleds. Not trying to be a dick, man, but the factory seat fits the rider very, very well when it's used as intended. You need to be able to get your body weight low and to the inside to make it turn.

Sure is fun not using my IQr(s) properly. Always have a smile on my face standing and more often setting.
Boss seat and Rev. tank here on my 08R. Taller than stock and cushy. The IQr can be a great cruiser too. Stock seat on my RR. I prefer the Boss. I don't think a Rev tank will fit on a RR due to the coolant hoses behind the seat.

I am currently modifying a boss seat from a cat to work on my iqr, will be 2 to 2 1/2 " taller, will make it much easier to go from sitting to standing on my 58 year old multiple surgery knees not to mention much more comfortable while sitting.

You wouldn't happen to have any pics of you IQR with the rmk seat on it? I'm really still contemplating this seat upgrade.
