Default Polaris 120 pilot jet alternatives

Finally figured out my starting and idling problems with my kids 120. Pilot jet is completely plugged. I've left in in carb cleaner for a couple of days and its basically calcified.

High pressure and wire won't even budge it. Babbits wants 16 bucks for the stupid jet. Certainly this thing is a common jet size.

or do I pay the high price.

tried that still having trouble.

Worse problem is one of the linkages that has to s-ben curves came off and I have no idea where one of the ends goes. One of the sides hooks up to the carb opening but the other side I can't figure out what it connects to.

Can someone post a detailed pic under their hood of the carb linkages?
