Question Looking for a new sled! Help so appreciated!

Hi, I'm kind of new at sledding, and was wondering if I could get some advise on a couple of machines I'm looking at. Was looking at a 2001 800 rmk with low miles, but have since learned the 800's in that year had a lot of problems, and heard so many better things about the Mountain max 700!

Need something reliable, as I live in the high Washington Okanogan mountains, and will be riding every other day for six months a year! Will be riding about 50% trails, and the other mountain powder!
Only had a couple years experience on a older 1996
Polaris XLT 600 with a 136" x 1"/34 track in Alaska'n deep snow, and was tired of getting stuck!

So thank you for any advice!!!

Personally I would go with the RMK. Parts are still pretty easy to find. Lots of aftermarket upgrades available for the RMK also. Don't believe all the internet hype about the 800 twin being bad. There are plenty that don't have any problems. What is your budget?

My vote is for a RMK also. or a switchback.
